Growth & Educational Groups
We are so excited to launch in 2023 our new telehealth groups. Groups offer the opportunity to connect with others in similar life situations and work together to develop new skills and to learn from one another and with one another.
Culpepper Counseling recognizes that in one's Christian walk that the integral part to healing is Christ. Christian counseling integrates mental health counseling with a scriptural and spiritual foundation.
In my counseling sessions I primarily use a cognitive behavior approach that is integrated with existential therapy. These approaches will assist you in taking action in your own therapy and most importantly making positive changes in your own life.
Serving others through counseling has always been a passion of mine. Prior to my graduation at Liberty, I received a certification in Trauma Studies. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (10555) and a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional Level II and a Certified Trauma Practitioner- Clinical.
