Trauma
Therapy
Jan F. Culpepper, LCMHC, QS, offers trauma-focused telehealth therapy. She is trained in EMDR and holds certifications as a Clinical Trauma Professional - II (adult) and a Clinical Trauma Practitioner (child and adolescent).

Supervision
Jan F. Culpepper, LCMHC, QS, is a Qualified Supervisor recognized by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. As a QS she is able to provide clinical supervision for LCMHCAs as they work toward full licensure.
Christian
Counseling
Culpepper Counseling recognizes that in one's Christian walk that the integral part to healing is Christ. Christian counseling integrates mental health counseling with a scriptural and spiritual foundation.
My Approach
In my counseling sessions I primarily use a cognitive behavior approach that is integrated with existential therapy. These approaches will assist you in taking action in your own therapy and most importantly making positive changes in your own life.
About me
Helping others through counseling has always been my passion. I earned Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old University and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Before graduating from Liberty, I obtained a certification in Trauma Studies. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (105), a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), a Qualified Supervisor (QS) recognized by The North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. Additionally I hold the title of Clinical Certified Trauma Professional Level II and Certified Trauma Practitioner-Clinical.
